Open natural leather boots, with a suspended trampoline heel, custom laser cut and hand polish aluminum skeleton. Inspired by modern and antiquated leg braces, supported by the shear tension of the natural leather on a hardware construction.
Part of the concept and design brief was to create footwear that gave the impression of discomfort. Building a torture devise of sorts, from it’s brutal metal construction to it’s naked nature and the lack of a sole to protect the toes.
